I shopped for it, ordered it and took delivery on it brand spanking new. I still own the car to this day at 4k miles. To me its the only way to get the full experience out of buying a v8 Camaro.

New 2013, 18,050, never seen a car wash, salt, rain, overnight out of the garage, don't use the the air cause the windows are down, and its getting driven like a fast car should be, fast..

2013 bought used in 2016 with 25k on the odometer, has 50k now with lots of go fast mods that were installed 2 years ago. Used to have a 40 min total commute to work but got a new job that is only 20 mins total now so its slower climbing now. Drive it everyday and will keep it forever like my dad kept his 56 Chevy Bel Air.

I know this thread got derailed a bit since the OP originally asked who purchased their ZL1 new and do they still have it, but I wish I purchased mine new....

Over the past 2 years of ownership of my 13' ZL1, I have been restoring it to like brand new condition. I bought it with a tick over 29k miles and it was a completely stock car. The original owner did not take good care of the suede steering wheel and shift knob, nor the clear coat, but that has since been rectified.

I replaced the steering wheel, shift knob and boot (they were beyond cleaning), and have spent countless hours paint correcting. She now has 34k miles and looks nearly factory fresh. Remarkably, the engine compartment and everything else in the interior was mint.

Bought mine in July 2016 with 446 miles on it from the original owner. He hadn't even had the oil changed yet. So got 'er done 2 days later. Got 9,000 miles on it now.

Bought mine Feb this year sight unseen out of South Carolina. Had 14k now has 18k. Picking up another DD soon so the miles shes sees will drastically go down here soon. Fantastic car!!

Bought my 2012 in Nov. 2018 with 1,800 miles from the original owner. Currently has 8,000 miles....life is short, drive it!

Bought mine used August 24, 2019 with 12,790 miles on it. Has a whopping 13,253 miles on it now. Don't drive it in the rain, snow or if its 40 degrees or cooler out. Bipolar midwest weather sucks. I'm dying to drive it. Been over 2 weeks.
