It isn't always spot on, but a good place to look would be KBB. 2010 with 31,000 miles have fair purchase price of $22,100. Id say shoot for that as your high point.
2010 with 93,000 miles would come around $15,900. Given the accident you could shoot for a grand off or so. But, what do I know |

The 2010 seems high to me even with the 31k miles 1ss with roof. They came in around 23k tax title etc.
I found a 13 certified 32k at the same price only missing a sunroof. I'm torn between the two wanting the roof. This seems a much better deal on the surface. I feel the 10 should be around 19. |

I had a hard time finding a base model manual 1ss with zero options, but I found it with only 14,000 miles and fairly close to home, only 35 miles out. Follow KBB for pricing, they're pretty consistent with market trends.
Rant: I will never buy a car with a sunroof, it adds weight, reduces performance, and makes the car hotter inside in the summer. They're only beneficial if you are a smoker, but these cars have no ashtray... Just food for thought. I would not buy a car that has been modified (new cats, may have came to dealer with cat deletes at that low of mileage). I'd rather pay a premium for a lower mileage, stock car in better condition. My car is nearly stock, well maintained, and it looks the part. How many fully built cars spend their time commuting in the slow lane compared to their stock brethren? Fore reference, I "needed" a Camaro SS with manual transmission under 40,000 miles. I test drove 6? Checked out atleast 10 before making my decision. I fell in love with the idea of having another rare base model and everything looks better in black... So I got mine. I still really enjoy the burnt orange cars, I first tried to buy a 2011 2SS in orange, it was very clean and drove great but upon further inspection I noticed that it had been modified several times and returned to stock several times, I had to pass. It felt nearly as fast as the supercharged car I drove the same day, I think it may have had some internal work done to it. Another red flag and reason to walk away. Have you considered opening up your search parameters to a larger area that includes a major metropolitan center? A 500 mile day is a real pleasure in the Camaro, I wouldn't hesitate to check one out from a distance if they provided sufficient photographic evidence of its condition, including frame jack points.

My opinion is from years of trying to fix up performance vehicles, it's ALWAYS cheaper in the long run to buy the nicer car than it is to buy the cheaper car and try to play catch up on maintenance, the older the vehicle the more extreme this is. Think of restored cars for example. I don't fear mileage on cheap vehicles, but with this much invested, throw a few bucks out and get a fresher car. It will be worth more when you are done with it.

2010 w 37k 1ss and sunroof for 21.7 vs. 2014 1ss no roof w/npp and Cpo warranty but 42,400k miles for 24.7? Is the 2014 low which gives me concern? |

A 2014 1SS had an MSRP of $33,355. So $9k off a 4 year old car sounds reasonable to me. The dealer probably got it on trade-in for like 20,000 and it's a quick flip for them.
I would personally go for the 2014 over the 2010, unless you truly prefer the look of a '10-'13.

I do prefer the look of a non-sunroof roof, with the reverse mohawk myself. But I did see earlier in the thread that OP wanted a sunroof.
