I'm 5'7" and I can raise the drivers seat till my head touches the top... I would say you will have no problems driving...
As for the passenger seat, warn people before they get in they might have a hard time seeing out, then if they still get in, then tell them they have no reason to complain.. LOL

Dont you have to worry that if you are in an accident that it might change the position of the air bag deploying or something? Hopefully that never happens but technically it could make you liable if someone tried to push it.
