Liter for liter they might have edged out the Camaro, but if any of you have driven the new 5.0L gt with the open dif you would realize how much more of a car the Camaro is over the mustang. Even tho it took Chevy 1.2L more to do it and a larger price tag i would still hands down choose the SS over the gt any day.. Just out of curiosity is it just me or did any of you find it funny that alot of the Camaro vs Mustang comparison are done using the SS vs the gt 500 ?? Doesnt that seem like an unfair battle, like bringing a gun to a knife fight lol I think they should slap a blower on the ss and redo the tests.

OMG relax...I am not a Mustang basher, I happen to like the Mustangs and the Challenger's but I liked the Camaro better. It's a personal choice. If I had the cash I would own all 3 of them.

I seen this on a completely unrelated website and thought it was worth sharing. If anyone is reading more in to than that, you are the one with the problem.

Dont worry im not getting worked up, i honestly think ford has really stepped up this year with their entire line up, dont worry about me i think the poster is funny, but im with you guys if the budget allowed i would own all of the big three retro remakes. Not taking it to heart and im an automotive enthusiasts anything with four wheels that makes an impact on the automotive industry is awesome in my books !

Embrace your competition and acknowledge that nothing you own is perfect. If you want to be a TRUE enthusiast, that means researching and respecting all makes and models.

People take this brand loyalty business way too seriously. It's a car, guys. Drive it and have fun.

I agree, dont get my wrong after reading my post it may have sounded a little harsh towards the competitor, just to make a point i have owned a Dodge, an Acura, a Chevy, and currently along with my Camaro I have a Supercharged Honda Civic I built from the ground up that blows the doors off my Camaro in a straight line and around the corners. The Camaro is just much more comfortable of a drive lol I will always have an appreciations for all car companies that go above and beyond the norm and pave the way for new engineering and design.
