I rewired mine so the blade snaps out quicker. got a turbo battery on eBay.

Probably voided my warranty.

The higher speed blade and quicker unlock action, will short out the electronics in the car's computer. We all know that every millisecond counts.

Yes I do it all the time too.

I wonder if they have installed a micro black box in the FOB to monitor how many times you flip the key.

How many constitutes excessive use and abuse?

I had a lot of fun with the keys when we rented one.
Of course, jumping from a '98 to a '10, I was fascinated with the fact that it had a flippy key.
I'm amused by the little things in life.
