yes it will .. that's what happened to me after headers.. I sold my competition axleback on here ... and installed the street series.

Yep, I have the Magnaflow axleback and ARH LT's with high flow cats. Everything else is stock. Maybe 30% louder than factory. Just a great deep rumble at any speed. Love it. (My AFM is now OFF!)
