Just food for thought...
I have a Cold Air Induction's CAI, Kook's 1 7/8" headers, non-catted midpipes and Magnaflow's 16483 3" system. The sound is perfect IMO. Absolutley no drone and just a touch louder than stock in the cabin at cruising speeds.

Comp Cams XR281HR13 .571/.590 228/240 on a 113 LSA

This cam is going to give you a very aggressive lope. You may see some surging. If you want a smoother idle I recommend you stay near the factory cam value of 117.

I am currently running a cam of 223/235 on a 115 LSA on a supercharged setup and the idle is more aggressive than I expected. I am running kook's 1 7/8" headers and high flow cats. The sound increase you get from the headers is due to eliminating 2 of the factory cats and moving them closer to your seating position. Headers will give you a performance gain. Cat back exhaust systems are for sound only, no performance gain.

I recommend you look at Mast Motorsports, ADM, and Lingenfelter for cam profiles they are using. When you increase the duration you can increase the LSA to smooth out the idle. Look at Lingenfelter's GT-9 cam as an example.

My personal opinion, that cam will drive you nuts. If you want the power gains from increased duration, then keep the LSA above 117. Just my opinion.
