im 6'1 275. I fit great, I have Plenty of room between the door and center console to maneuver, its not like im tight with space, I do ride with the seat in the lowest position, have it as far back as it can go, and I have it reclined to were it almost touches the rear seat. Steering wheel isn't pulled out towards me. No one can sit behind me though.

Can't say much about the size issue but at 6'2" and no sunroof I have plenty of height room. Seat can go down about another 3" and i still have about 4-6" or so above my head so should accommodate his height easily.

Like I said the weight part i'm unsure ... at 140lbs i have little to much room, sliding around when driving "spirited" :( But i dont see it being an issue! Sure he will love it!

And before we get the "you should really be trying P90x" replies. I'll just put up my defense by saying "I'm trying but your Mom cooks some big and delicious breakfasts"!!!

Everyone is different. My hubby is 6'2, 185 and he hates driving my car. His DD is a 15' box truck or a Tahoe, so he likes to have room.

He only drives when we go to shows and stuff, because he can adjust the driver seat better than the passenger seat. Otherwise, he refuses to take the Camaro if we have to go together somewhere.

Your dad may love the car, but it may not be comfortable for him to drive.

Any way you can get him a rental for a week as a b'day surprise and see how he likes it?
