V6 & V8 both have the same tail lights. the difference is whether or not you have the RS package, which is what this shows.

I don't see why not. I am sure that companies will start making aftermarket kits for the Camaro once they are out and about.

I know. You have a lot to catch up on. I would look at that thread and the one from HeatherR with the 1SS. Lots of good pics, videos and info. Welcome back.

I have yet to see a company make high/low beam HID aftermarket lights that worked right.

Aftermarket HIDs of reasonable quality are very rare.

Any good paint and body shop can tint head or tail lights. As for the HIDs and Halos, a few aftermarket kits will be available for halo lights and any HID kit from a Lexus, BMW, Ect... will work just fine. I have Lexus HIDs on my truck and the high and low beams work just fine. Around $40 to get the lights tinted, $150ish for aftermarket halo lights in differnt colors, $250 give or take a few bucks for high end HID light set up from a wrecked car. And you dont voind the warranty cause you keep your stock stuff incase you have problems with the lights. So around $500 for aftermarket stuff or $1200 for the RS package.... HMMMMM!

Short answer, MAYBE. If you notice, it's not only the lenses that are tinted, but the bezels that surround the actual tail lamps are darker as well. A simple tint of the lens would come close, but would not be "factory." Take that for what it's worth.

Great job! you saved me some time and effort, I was about to compile headlight pics, also.

Agreed. If you dont want the "HALs," you are better off getting the HID's during the initial factory order. trust me.

Thanks for all the replies -- keep the questions coming. That is what we are all here for, to make the ordering and options choices easier to choose from. (or at least more clearly explained).

Cheers.
