This is not a daily driver/only car for my wife. It is her toy, but we do have two kids and we can't just leave them at home .... or put them in the trunk..

I also have a child who is 8 years old, I wish they would have done the split fold down back seat but it's not a good reason not to buy the car. She has plenty of room in the back when she sits behind me when I drive cause I have the seat as far forward as it goes. The whole car seat thing though I'm not sure I'd want to tackle that one, it's not that easy for a grown person to get in and out of the back, especially to do the contortions it' requires to get a baby in and out of a car seat. Went through that with my cavalier! Whew am I glad that stage of my kids life is far behind!
