Dents

I got them too, had the first one 2 days after i got the car... would this not be a warranty issue? Has anyone tried it?

I have them, too. Just on my RF fender top half.... You have to look at the car at just the correct angle to even see them.. Are these what you are referring to? Don't get me wrong, but it sort of makes me feel better that others have it, and that it may be from the factory that way as opposed to something else.....

I think it probably depends on getting the right guy at the dealer to do anything about it... I hate the dimples, but I also hate the thought of non factory paint, or dent work on my car..

No, it is definitley in the panel itself. Looks really hard to explain, maybe it was just an imperfect stamp when the panel was made. The only place on my car with this is the RF fender, the rest of the car is perfect..

don't have this problem but I have one right by the door handle on the driverside that you literally have to put eye right beside it to pick it up

Panda, i think you get the award for greatest avatar in the history of Camaro5
As for the little dents, theyre not fish eyes? I have a fish eye. I think i might have a few. Going to check tommorow for what your talking about. Didnt notice anything on it when i recently washed it.
As for leaning on the car, i dont lean on my car generally speaking, but the odd time or so ill lean my elbow on the hips of my car and shes never dented because of it, which is good, i was afraid of denting it.
Ill check on my car tommorow and report back .

What he said about torque... I think you will find it common to most if not all of these Camaro's. I have been told that a front strut brace will prevent them from occuring. As for those that are already there, paint and body shops are the cure.

If you plan on getting them fixed though, buy a strut brace and install it first.
