I am fairly confident the ebay headers are stainless because of the TIG welding. That being said, not all stainless is the same in terms of quality.

Do you think the JBA mids would work as well?

Really? I don't ever recall asking an opinion on the headers. I understand you don't like them. Well guess what....don't buy them. If you want to spend the extra for another product whether it be kooks or ARH or anything else that's your business. Just as it is mine what I buy. But coming in every thread and saying the same Remarks, guess what.....not gonna change anyones opinion or what they are going to by. You're just not that important. Thanks for the worthless input though.

I think Kooks will work because the headers themselves are obviously based on Kooks.

Agreed and the JBA wouldn't mate up as it's a little off on the flange. It would leak.

Dude,

I can see you throwing a wall-eyed hissy fit, 2 y/o style screaming and flipping around on the ground at a car show when someone mentions their OBX headers... Visions of the Tasmanian Devil of Bugs Bunny Fame come to mind... The vendors on here, are being informative whether they support or like OBX or those that buy them or not...

You have a problem... Torture Cats often?

A friend of mine has these on his Camaro, and they look fine... No rust that I have seen... Either try, if you are capable, to offer something constructive, for one side or the other, or go away... you appear to be the prime example of a troll... offering nothing and simply trying to stir the pot... I venture that of the 48 or so post you have, 47 or so of them are about hating OBX and Chinese made, pot metal, will rust off your car, and no customer service crap...

Jeeze,

Also, as someone that is well older than the 4 year old you come across as, I have seen, and used many mild steel headers in my life, prior to the advent and mainstreaming of SS headers, and they surface rusted pretty quick, but they lasted for years in most cases... They just didn't "look" as good as todays headers...

Oh, and for your own potential future information..., the friend of mine that has these on his car is real proud of his car, and pretty damn big, so if you decide to go off, do it well away from his car...

ummm ya..... about that. I'm pretty sure even he has admitted that the quality is...for the most part....as tood or better than some of the BOHICA stuff. While warranty, customer support will be non-existent...

I am surprised you posted this at all seeing as though marylandspeed posted very objective comments this time for which I must thank him. jbas will not fit, kooks....Yup they fit perfect...go figure...Haha
