Price would depend these things.
1. On condition of rim, (i.e. gouges in the aluminum), repair labor. Sanding, TIG welding deep stuff. 2. Powder coat, $350 3. And what color spokes. If its a color I have, included in materials. Special mix (i.e. Metalics, pearls, etc.) is extra @ actual cost. 1 Qt. is minumum mix @ supplier. Cant ship leftovers. 4. Labor and Materials. $150 this my labor, tape, transportation, tools, paint, etc. 4. Actual Shipping. around $25 per wheel each way. FedEx, PO, UPS
