USAA has done nothing but piss me off since I came back to the States. I dont' know what it is but they're just retarded.
I got 3.9% in March with a few banks but I ended up with Bank of America. But, I'm refinancing for the same APR with Navy Fed.

2.99% through penfed (if u are Usaa u qualify too) and my credit is about a 730 and I'm only 23, for reference.
