Really happy glad thankful she's in one piece!

If I see someone looking suspicious with an iPod / ripped out cavalier car stereo hiding out in TX, . . . I will personally beat the shit out of them!

Some people.....

Glad she's ok

That looks fixable, depending on frame. Might not be worth the price.

Gotta have the talk about animals, 10x more folks die from trying to avoid hitting them, then folks who do.

Don't swerve around to avoid hitting them. Most likely you will lose control and cause more damage to the car and to yourself then you would have if you just slowed down and hit the animal. People just don't understand, losing your life or one of your passenger's life is not worth the cost of saving the life of one deer, or cat, or dog.

Sorry for your daughter's misfortune, but thankful that she escaped without injury.

My daughter was driving her fiancee's BMW in a fairly populated area this July shortly after dusk when an animal run out in front of her. She had two choices, hit the animal or jump the curb with the BMW. She said she jammed on the brakes hit the animal (which turned out to be a COYOTE). $3500 damage to the front end and under the car - but she was fine, the coyote - not so much.

Those baztards that robbed the IPod and radio will get theirs!!
