Don't hate

I love the Mustang, in fact I even owned one. A 1977 black and gold Cobra II. Minty fresh with an 8-track player in it. Haters didnt like the Cobra II, but I really enjoyed it.
Ironically my all time favorite car is an import -the 1982 Delorean.
I love my Camaro. Ive always loved the Camaro. I just never thought i would actually own one. Only cars I really hate are one like the Cube, and anything that sounds like an angry bumble bee. they just get under my skin.

I find that it's less of a "hate" and more of a sibling rivalry type situation. Some folks can handle ribbing alot better than others. This happens with more than just cars. I see it when I'm out on the bike or even at work amongst the different career fields I work with. It's usually good natured fun that some take way too serious.

I have serious concerns about people who buy foreign car brands and then wail about the loss of jobs in America though.

But as for what car you drive on a daily basis, I have very good friends who consider Fords to be the best cars on the road. I have another who would never drive anything but a Chrysler product. AND I even have several friends who sware that Toyota is the only car they will drive. I don't hate any of them. To each their own. For me, I own 3 Chevy's at the moment. I also have a Ford based motorhome. I choose to drive GM when I can, and I WILL NOT buy a foreign brand no matter what, but that's a political decision that I've made in my own mind.

I often wonder about how much AMERICA is really in my AMERICAN car though. i was kinda of put off when I saw that my brand new chevy equinox 2010 model had more mexican parts in it than my nissan I traded in. and my camaro is built in canada and has mexican parts as well..... seriously as much as I hate to say were not driving american cars anymore.

Eh I don't really hate on people, I will make certain comments to my friends like "Look at that ricer" "Oh look a slow Challanger" Stuff like that, but I agree it's fun and friendly, kinda like sports or like NASCAR, do I hate Gordon and Jr fans? No. But do I tease them and joke around with them? Yeah...

I hate everyone equally, Camaro drivers, Mustang drivers, Challenger drivers, Honda, Toyota, Nissan etc.

But I love some of the cars, not so much the imports but I have respect for the engineering feats inside them

other day i pull onto the street in front of a gt500 and the guy hears my exhaust ( kooks LTs, corsa,) and at the next lights gives me a thumbs up

I like any awesome car. But i still love the camaro more lol
I am a GM guy, right now we have 7 Chevrolet's sitting outside my house.
Had a 2005 Mustang, only ford ever (My mom liked it, go figure). Thats long gone lol
