Since I'll never do it, I'll chime in because it's the only stripes I ever considered. Find the paint code for the gen 3 Z/28 bumble bee and put that yellow on a black camaro. It would look absolutely stunning. It's gotta have that 3D metallic look to be clean with the deep black.

My buddy just had flat black stripes added to his 2011 Camaro. The first thing that popped in my head was, "What happens when you go to wax this car?"
Has anyone run into a problem when polishing a Camaro with flat black stripes? |

When waxing the paint be sure to tape the stripes so the wax will not get on them. Now I used some of Adams Super VRT on the stripes and good lord they look brand new!!
Oh and another cool thing about the VRT is that it beads up just like wax |
