Now THIS is how you deal with naysayers and comparisons. NOT hijacking review threads and making multiple threads trying to discredit other parts. This is the reason Apex is my online store of choice.

Keep up the good work guys.

I know that LG motor sports also installs a spike in the long tubes they offer. I like Kooks and ARH but right now I prefer the sound of the LG long pro headers and exhaust system a little better but I do reserve the option to change my opinion at a later day if need be. You really can't go wrong with either choice, they are all top quality in my book.

You sure this is something new?

I got my stainless works headers back in July and they had a merge spike.

I am being told it is not new for the Camaro... They just finally made the spike the same across the board to all their models.

Has SW had this on the camaro since the beginning? If not, any idea when they added it?

It has been in use for a while but I'm not sure when it was implemented. Stainless Works emailed out the information I posted over the weekend and I thought it was worth sharing.

Yea its def good info to share, I didn't know either until I researched which brands had something similar...either way SW just made me think real hard between kooks and SW. I thought I had my wish list finished and you just made it much harder...so thank you ..lol

I think I may need to be a independent beta tester for a set of the 1 7/8 stepped headers with the new merge spike. People need to see some independent testing, haha. Got a shop with dyno ready at a phone calls notice.
