This thing should be hitting 2800 at most! The Aveo was somewhere around 2500lbs!

Yeah.. I'm under the assumption that NHTSA can find a way to add a half ton of weight in a micro-car. Either way though, s**ts gonna be awesome..

the 2012 Camaro interior must be seriously upgraded if they're giving the re-badged Aveo that new interior!

I think part of the reason it looks better is because it isn't a classic throwback. It just looks modern. Materials wise, it might be worse or at least similar.

Nice. Much better than the Aveo (though thats not saying a whole lot). I'm a bit surprised that it has the same engines as the Cruze. Since its smaller and lighter, it should be a bit quicker and more efficient than its big brother.

Let's be honest here, the only problems I foresee with this Sonic is the exterior styling. It does (to most I guess) look better than the outgoing Aveo, but it is still not as good looking as the Fiesta, Mazda2, etc. Of course, the Sonic does make up for it in its seemingly interior superiority.
