notice I am rocking the Camaro5.com shirt (I wore my C5 hat too)! I had to represent, as the car had our local logo on it. It was a proud feeling for me as a father.

Thanks everyone. Needless to say, I am quite proud of this father/daughter activity. The smile on my daughter's face was priceless. And being able to incorporate a bit of Camaro5 and NEC5 into the mix made it even better.
I forgot to mention the victory "lap" we did in the parking lot, and the burnout we did on the way out. Just in case anyone didn't notice what car I was driving :o So, just to toot my own horn a bit more, I even put together a video of the races - ok, so maybe it was more for the distant grand parents to watch on Facebook, but what the hey, I'll share it here as well for those of you not on FB. There are a few pictures during the construction phase here as well.

And so it begins again! As we talked about painting ideas, she already asked me if we can put the NEC5 on it like last year's car...of course I said "YES!"
