As said ....Drone is subjective..... If your looking for an exhaust and drone is your concern ... get said exhaust ..... and dynamatt your trunk.

I have had the S axleback on my stock l99 with cai inc. now for about 3 weeks. Yes there is a drone of some type at around 1800 rpm. With radio on hardly noticable. The borlas are definitely an improvement over the stocks for low rumble sound. I love the low rumble when she is just idling. I am not one to want to lose my warranty by doing a tune, but that low drone has me thinking more about turning off the afm.
