Are you getting an LT or an SS? Remember the GM "recommended" 2SS launch color combo was black and the IO interior accent package.

Yes, 2SS (along with everyone else at my dealership). Was the recommended colors launch colors or were they to apply to the whole year? I didn't think that that would have any significance as to what parts will be available when.

I don't know for how long these color combos may have priority, or how much effect your SIM exterior color has on the build priority.

The Camaro Marketing Team has identified several interior/exterior color combinations that are strongly recommended at launch.
