Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the allocation month lasted from mid-March to mid-April, mid-April to mid-May, and so on. Can any dealers clarify?

It should all depend on what the build is for the week or month right?? If the dealer with only 10 allocations has an order for what the consensus is..yer tellin me they are gonna over step him for the likes of Paddock ect.?

No. He is saying that for every 1 SS that your dealer gets, Paddock will get 6-10. It's simply a volume thing.

And how about a dealer like mine who's only getting 5? I dont plan to learn anyhting exciting tommorow at all.

If the 5 are all SS models then 1 a month sounds about right.

All 5 are indeed ordered as SS's. Honestly Hylton, if thats how it plays out, I can't ask for much more. I guess I'd be pleased with that.

What number are you? Here's a bit of a secret - just because you may be the 4th or 5th one, doesn't mean you will be the 4th or 5th car delivered to the dealership. You have to try and pursuade them to order yours first!

Your dealer will have his consensus number by tomorrow. If his number is 2, he will need to tag 2 of the 5 cars he has pre-sold. Try to convince him your car must be one of those 2. If it's only one, try and get him to tag your order first. Remember, the squeeky wheel gets the grease!

Mine has 31 and even I don't plan on being too excited tomorrow. April is a whole different ballgame. I pretty much expect to have my car by the end of May at the latest; sometime in April would be totally cool.
