So you are saying you're confirmed to receive 6 of your 16 "in the next 30 or so days" (constraints determining) ?

Regardless, correct me if I'm wrong, in the first "batch" whenever production actually begins (March 16th by all accounts), you're getting 6 of 16 ? That's a lot more than I expected to start. That's all I'm getting at.

He's not getting 6 of 16 even in his post it was 2/5/2009 I think he has 6 preliminary of his 16 not 6 placed. As of right now I have an allocation of 11 and 8 sold but in the allocation as of 9am it still shows 0.

This is copied from my order workbench.But,on all 16 order numbers the event code is 1100.

Shouldn't all your pre-orders show up here? My order sure as hell has an 1100 on it.

But you have not been allocated 6 for production yet for Tues. So how do you know your going to place 6 of them.

IMO, we all need to keep in mind that there are other factors that come into play when Chevy decides how many to pull from where. He could very well be getting 6 of 16 just because of something as simple as trucking logistics.

Just got an e-mail from my dealer:

"I have one allocation for this cycle which was expected. My next allocation cycle will be march 6th. "

I'm #3 on thier list. Any ideas? May or June or July?

Edumcated guess ? By June at the latest. Just my opinion.

Well hey if you got 6 go for it but what does your concensus say I was allocated 11 and concensus was 1 for March 9. So it is based on concensus not just putting in the order I have been with GM for 10 years and order are cars along with selling them. But I am #1 on my list and I got 1 so that is all I care about.

Thanx. That's what I figured too. I can wait that long...like I have a choice. I sure hope it's not later than that. Spring in Florida would be way better than summer.

My dealer just confirmed the same thing as the other posts. They have been given one allocation (of nine for model year '10) for the first cycle (i guess a cycle is 4 weeks). At this time they can not specifiy what that one allocation car is yet. That will happen later.
I hope that next cycle they get two or more allocations. Since I am #7 or 9, it will be some time before I get mine, although I am the second V6 order.

What, you don't care about your customers? The other ten allocated (if all were sold)
