Thanks Camaro54.. It was well worth the drive to have Ted and his crew work on my vehicle... Not sure I could drive straight through like that very often. I am getting to old for that at 41 and need my nap...LOL

PS. Al didn't buy me lunch. Wait till I talked to him next time. Too bad you didn't get to see Al's 1970 Monte Carlo. You'll have to ask him about it.

Anything Al owns is slower than my car. And I will make sure he knows about it tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take it easy on him... I think Al felt sorry for me driving all that way and I probably looked homeless after being up 30+ hours straight.LOL

Great story, and good outcome...

Good Shops are worth looking for... I searched high and low and was actually considering a trip to Conn... but I found a great shop just down the road... My build is finally nearing the completion of stage one... a hint is in my sig...

The reason I posted this, is you have a very special wife... "and." Sounds like something my wife would say to me... When I started my build, she asked my budget and it's now, "lol, does it ever end..." uhm no... why...

She doesn't bat an eye, but I'm being fair about it as well...

If I ever have any money I think the Bee would make the very long drive to see Ted.

If you just need a tune he can do that remotely, but if you need other things done then it's well worth the trip and they did treat me awesome. Ted strives to make sure that his customers are totally satisfied.

Thanks Ray! Like I said before it was a pleasure having you and I'm glad we could get everything straightened out for you. At least now you can really enjoy the car!

I went through some similar issues with my TBSS. When I started to pursue reimbursement, I was given GM Corporate. After they investigated my issues they gave me the Better Business Beauro's number and said Good Luck!

Edit: The BBB was basically a waste of my time, so the end result is me not owning my TBSS anymore.

Thanks...Luckily I paid with my Visa debit and at the worse case they will reverse the payment and I have to file a complaint, but I am trying to let the shop make the right decision.
