Depends on how much the sales tax and all the other fees that dealerships throws in. Mine will be less than that.

Nah, that's about right. Other than a $600 "service fee", it's just the sticker plus tax, tag, and title, and the dest. charge. And I got every factory option except the sunroof, as well as two DIO's. I mean, I could probably try to ask to remove the service fee, but I doubt they would, since they don't have to.

Congrates, I pulled the plug last Saturday.
I calcuated my car will also cost me just over $39K (with tax, title, etc.)

I also got a 2SS/RS with rally stripes (but I got the automatic).

I thought about dropping the 2SS or RS to save money, but it just wouldn't be the car I wanted. In the long run the car will be worth more and more collectable.

Now we wait.

Congrats, bro! Join the fun and wait! LOL. I like the sound of your car (except the A6 ). I think the Victory Red with the CGM stripes will look sick! I bet the paddle shifters will be fun too, but unfortunately it's also an extra $900. Did you go with the sunroof?

Lucky you! Congrats on that. I almost had 1.5% over invoice with one dealer 'cause I work for the sheriff's office, and they supplied our fleet, but then they turned around on me and only offered sticker, so I stuck with the dealership I've already been working with, and my salesman is good people.

I don't know if I'd want to go with special graphics on the exterior, although I may want to take out the bowtie in the grille and replace with "SS". I might do some things to the interior though.

No kidding! I'm sure I'll be able to handle it... eventually. I'll kinda miss my Cobalt. It's been a good little car, but it's big brother's gonna be a lot more fun!!

Thanks a bunch! It's good to hear those words from someone involved in building my new Camaro. Always glad to support GM (I don't buy anything else)! I'm fully confident you'll take great care in putting my baby together and getting her to me in top form. Thank you!
