Mandog I was hoping that later in this week we could get together if the weather is better otherwise I'm drivin the Subaru ! Hopefully you won't have 45k on yours by then !
That su..s, but I have faith tomorrow is the day Sheila's coming home. We'll play it by ear, because wherever we meet we want to be parked next to each other with the tops down. You have heated seats so your good down to 35 with a heavy jacket, as long as your not on the highway. My motto has always been over freezing and sunny = Topless.

I'm actually hoping there is some snow \ slush on the roads on my way home so I can see if I will need snow tires next year now, rather than finding out 1st storm of next year and have to scramble to get them.

If you plan on driving next winter, trust me, you're going to want to get snow tires. I used them all winter without any issues. Don't scramble - watch Tire Rack for a good deal on a set of wheels you like and pounce on them during the summer.

No paper work does suck...and snow does suck...but none of it is as bad as a tsunami (or not being able to get your car because of it)...The nice weather will come...patience...

Thanks Chris. I'm just concerned about getting caught in a few inches. If I know it's going to be a snowstorm I use my wife's SUV. Commuting 45 miles to the office I feel leary getting a "beater" for the winter. Plus we have 4, soon to be 5, cars in the garage\driveway so I would need to put in a parking lot to store them!

I had no problem with any snow 1-2 inches with the Goodyear all seasons that I have on the coupe and I assume you have on yours. It's the pirellis that have the issues even in dry sub 32 weather. Hard as rocks and little traction in any snow.
I have a set of ls steel 19s with snow that I may use next winter if I have too.
