Doooo IIIIIIIt! No matter which Camaro you get you will love it! The permagrin, the pure joy & adreneline boost everytime you see it, start it, drive it. It is the best therapy $ can buy. I feel safer in this car than any car I have ever owned but I am having 10X more fun! I have had mine since May & have not had a single problem with it. As I just wrote in another thread in which another person is contemplating options -- go with what your common sense & your gut can agree on (I bet it is a Camaro though - IMHO).

Have the dealer fix the pieces that are falling off and than take it to your nearest Chevy dealer, trade it in for a Camaro.

Having previously had 2 bmw's, they're nice but over priced and over-rated....I say get the Camaro, and don't look back!!! You'll love every minute!!!!

With no disrespect intended to the OP, I have been married for 19 years, family for 13, and have done the "right" thing all my life, which is to say put others first, when I first laid eyes on the 5th gen camaro I knew instantly that I had to have one, but sadly had just bought an 09 Traverse so a trade would have lost me a bundle, fast forward a year and some I was driving by my dealer and spotted this beautiful 2011 camaro in their showroom, I had to go in and see it. I left there that night with such a strong feeling that I knew I had to go back, so the next day I did, and on July 22nd, 2010 I finally did something for me, and I couldn't be happier (as are my wife and daughter bless them both).

Wow! This is so similar..married almost 19 years with 6 kids (youngest is 4, yes, we started young..lol) and we have a 2010 Traverse..difference, bless the hubby!! He gave me that push to go for it..all our life has revolved around doing the 'right thing', every decision we make is around our kids and family..hubby felt it was time I do something that I wanted to do, something for me.. (and no he did not push because it was a Camaro-he is a die hard Mustang fan) so July 14, 2010 MY car came home..and I do get alot of BS from people about it...'what a useless car with 6 kids', 'I am sure that money could have went for something else', 'pretty selfish purchase' etc..blahblahblah..I could not be happier and the kids of course love the car..the few times they get to go in it..lol..now when it comes to the mods though, well, that causes a bit of an issue..I want to do things and well, he thinks I have done enough...hahaha..and it does feel awesome doing something for yourself-people thought I was going through a midlife crisis..ummm, in my 30s?? Whatever...lol..

My 2SS has aftermarket exhaust and a supercharger and it pops no codes at all! Trade it in before it's too late!

Why does it take a BMW dealer 4 days to glue a mirror back on??
