I think this may be a box that corrects the flash rate on the outside but does not eliminate the faults shown on the DIC.

Superbrightleds.com sell a replacement flasher relay that just replaces the factory one and it slows it down. Not sure if it will get rid of the error message though. I personally like the hyper flash.....draws more attention

The Camaros don't use flasher relays.

for you guys with front LED turn signals, when you put the resistors in i know it stopped the hyper flash, but what about the "bulb out dash warning"?

Yes, that is also gone.

In my personal SS, I have LEDs in all 6 turn signal spots, with 4 resistors to cure the hyper flash, and DIC warning.
