That's a shame! And of course, like Scotty said, it's not over. Heck, it's only just begun. I hope Chevrolet and GM take care of those who ordered from places that closed, are closing, or will close...
On a side note, that's my last name!! If the sign's still up, could someone take a pic and send it to me? I'd love to have a pic of my last name on a big bowtie sign!!

my original order went in on 10/15/08 at wier canyon chevy, then they closed at the end of the month, the internet manager tommy edrisi went to work at the sister store selman chevy and took my order and re-ordered on 11/7/08. kept me informed of everything as it's gone down and put my order in at selman in the date order as they got them. selman chevy and tommy have been great to deal with, they've taken everyone's order with no deposit.

First of all why did your friend put $1500 down, $500 is the normal. Call the Better Bureau Business in CT and find out what you can do. Most dealers will transfer the funds to another dealership (if their honest...ha) Call the attorney generals office in CT too. Good luck.
