You are going to have a great car. I drove a base Camaro last week and I was surprised with the quality stuff that comes with it. The V6 was very stout, it has express up windows (the Escalade doesn't have that available), the window squirters come out of the hood instead of the wipers which make them much more efficient imo. The Cloth seats were very comfortable. I didn't care for the black wheels, but I'm sure there are people that like them. There are a lot of things standard, even in the base model.
I'm getting an SS/RS myself, but I also ordered the RJT. It's going to look awesome!

Can you describe what it reads out?

Yes and thAt's why I changed the color from yellow to RJT the v6 is a classier sports car, not a brash muscle car. So it's a different animal. My new color scheme is more classy and sophisticated in my opinion for the v6.

I might end up rocking the V6 as well. It's a pretty amazing machine.

The V6 engine is rated about the same as my 02 V8's and you're gonna get IRS. I am certain you will love the V6. The technology in that engine is wicked.

Sorry, I don't remember exactly what was on there. I did like that the Speedometer was digital in the center. Very easy to see. I'm not sure if it even had a compass because I was just so excited to get to actually drive it, I didn't notice everything in it. I DID notice that the only thing on the steering wheel was the cruise control on the left side and the shift paddles, cause it was an automatic. Also it had the turn signal feature where you just tap the turn signal, not click it on completely, and it blinks 3 times. Very nice for just changing lanes.

Sorry the pics aren't so great. The car is dirty because there was a snow storm coming. It is MI of course.

Thanks for the info...
I guess you didn't notice how to change what appears on the DIC then? On my other cars it is also on the steering wheel.

I am jealous.. Think you may get another chance to drive it? Since I am getting an LS I want to know EVERYTHING lol...
