looks like the bumper for the European Camaro what comes out this jear.
Here in germany we must have Frontlight- Washers for the Xenon lights , and an place to open the bumper for an tow cable. only my mind

That Tow hook thing looks horrible!! why would they put it there?
 At least they could have hid it a little better. |
