As far as invoice goes, is that your Pay310 line or does advertising still need to be added to those?

WA = Will Advise

Just a suggestion. Knowing what the supplier price/employee price doesn't do any good if your deal is at MSRP.

You'll just get aggravated.

Actually, it made me feel better. I was thinking the difference between MSRP and supplier would be more (it's only ~2.9% on a 2ss whereas I thought it'd be like 4%). Now I'm not so torn about not waiting to try and get supplier.

I don't see how anybody can really get aggravated as it is not like there are huge markup's in the car I mean really under a 1,000 dollars markup from invoice to MSRP.

W/A is most likely for advertising even in my area your talking maybe a couple hundred dollars.

I would agree if it wasn't also listed under MSRP. Advertising doesn't get added to that for sure.

As far as the "gaps", I am actually STUNNED that there is only $865 between MSRP and Invoice (on a 2SS). I would have guessed a minimum of $1500; hell there's just short of $1500 on an $27860 2009 Impala LT. The only one that makes reasonable sense is the $2357 between MSRP and GMS.

Can anybody take a guess if MSRP will go down in the next few months? If the car doesn't sell good?

Will MSRP go up?

If the car tanks (highly unlikely), you would probably not see MSRP drop but instead would see discounts taken from MSRP.

Likewise, I don't think you are likely to see MSRP go up as a response to demand (although it could go up due to other market forces) -- instead, you'd be likely to see dealer markups on top of MSRP.

Make sense?

(NOTE: this is all just my speculation...)

Ya because 14,000 pre-sold it is not selling well.

What a shame..."we" should be at 50K pre-sold at least!!!

EDIT: Oh, and yes that makes sense. Thanks!
