Mike,

It was a pleasure talking to you yesterday. Can't wait to get my new TB.

Thanks again,

Thanks Tom

SilverSS3108,

If you send in your TB an average wait to get it back is 2-4 weeks and depends on the load at the CNC shop. A typical wait time would be in the 2-3 week area.

Of course this does not include the shipping time frame. If you were in CA the shipping to FL and back by itself would be 3-4 days each way. Your ID says Texas so it is 2-3 days each way.

The quickest I have turned one around is one week as it hit the door at a perfect time that a batch was getting ready to run. The longest was a 4 week wait, but that was quite a while ago and when sales were not as brisk as they are now.

Hope that helps.

BTW, I have only 1 TB left from these

Sorry man, I was all ready to hit "send money" on paypal when I decided to make sure and cancel my order with Jannetty. Turns out they want to charge me a $70.76 "processing fee" to cancel an order they are still "probably" two weeks away from shipping. That's the last thing I order from them.

Thanks Steve and enjoy it

SUX2BU,

That processing fee is a killer for sure and not sure what the thought process is on that besides keeping your money.

That is why I do not process any credit card till the order is shipping and if the customer decides to not go forward with the process prior to shipping it is an easy cancel. The same with Paypal as it is just a mouse click away.

I can see a cancelation fee on a special order item that does not sell well, but there is always someone willing to buy the VMax units when one is available.

But with that said, that is business sometimes.

Got the TB last night. Got it put on tonight. Shipping core back tomorrow. Throttle response is MUCH, MUCH better. The "butt dyno" tells me I made a good investment.
Thanks Mike
