Had it for years. Wouldn't be without it. Plus, if I'm out of town or un-reachable, the wife can call 1-800-come-get-me, and help will be on the way.

I have had it for years also, any car, any time. Get the car the coverage that covers you for 4 - 100 mile tows.

Been a member for +30 years and would not be without. Switched over to CAA (Canadian member in 2003). AAA or CAA same coverage in North America. They have changed flat tires, jump started dead batteries, unfroze door locks, towed, etc. Never an issue. And over the years saved $1000's in reduced hotel rates. Even get a reduced rate getting both my cars rust treated each year.
Get an AAA or CAA Mastercard or Visa, your monthly credit card purchases can apply to your annual membership dues. I have years when my membership bill was $0.

AAA for the car and SEATOW for the boat. The cost is reasonable and the benefits are well worth it even if you only need them once in a while.

The last time I called SEATOW the bill would have been over 2K. Glad I paid them my $150/year. I haven't needed to call AAA in a while but the same principle applies.

The last time I tried to use AAA was on the New York State Thruway.

No dice, the only permitted tow trucks have to be contacted via the Thruway authority, and they weren't answering the phone late at night.

So it's really not any time anywhere with AAA.

Love my AAA svc. Came out for a jump once and the guy fixed the battery terminal on my old Lincoln to make sure I wouldn't need another jump.

Changing tires can be hazardous to your health. One died this week in Louisville doing that.

Yea, my only thought was we all have GM roadside... I wasn't sure if that ever expired. It does seem you get more out of AAA with discounts as well, but my main thing is tow and battery boost...

Let it go this year also, 5 years roadside (GM) on the Camaro and also towing for free on my car insurance. Didn't make sense to pay for triple towing coverage.

Love AAA. I think its a no brainer to get a membership. I'm still amazed at how cheap it is for the services they provide.

Make sure you get Triple A Plus though, regular Triple A only gives you 3 miles of free towing.

Your insurance co will only pay for a local tow to the nearest GM dealer, body shop or tire store. Not 100 miles like AAA-Plus will.
I would rather have more insurance than less especially while on a out of state trip.

AAA is awesome. They will tow my car within 100 miles of Tampa or Gainesville for us. So basically almost anywhere I go is covered

it's a great deal and you can't go wrong. Also you get discounts everywhere lol
