From what I have gathered, the Factory Ground FX doesn't hang down any lower or not very much at all. It sticks out more though on the back of the door which to me causes issues with people getting in and out of the car from the back seat. Can you imagine "Big Foot" getting out of your car and tearing a side skirt off?!!

Yea, luckily, the only person who gets in the back seat of my car is my 7 year old daughter!
