I doubt there are going to be Camaro's sitting on any showroom in April.
Hopefully there will be 4,000 V6's sitting on dealer lots.

Maybe my choice of the term "incentive" was incorrect.
For supplier pricing with a credit union it lists Camaro concept. I'm wondering if come April it will list 2010 Camaro.
My dealer says if I qualify for supplier pricing I get it. Likewise if there is a GM card rebate, I get it. Currently, if you go to GM card Camaro isn't listed.

AFAIK, GM has already stated (and shown) that GMS/GSU will be in effect. If your dealer says he will honor it, as far as I'm concerned, you already have it. As far as GM card, I have absolutely no idea.

Same here. I haven't been able to get an answer regarding the lack of listing of the Camaro on the credit union/supplier discount site (it just sends my name to a local dealer), and GM Card Member Services says they haven't heard anything about the 2010 Camaro or if anything will be allowed for it.

With a TPW of 3/16, and delivery probably soon after, I'm running out of time to use the points I've been saving on my GM card, and I'd really like to know what GMAC is offering for financing (the interest rate) so I can compare that with the 4.99% my credit union is offering.

I hate ttac. Two faced, negative little.... I could go on.

When I was deployed last time I got google reader subscribed to them. All they do is put down american car companies in their reviews, and when someone calls them out on it they say "look at out scores, we scored the xxx chevy higher then any of the imports in it's class why you B****ing?"

They even have a gm death watch blog. Tell me they are for american cars my arse.

Sorry rant over.

According to GM, the "official" unveiling at ALL dealerships is 5/6/09. Dealers are not supposed to deliver, or even uncover the Camaro's before that date. I don't know whether or not anyone will listen, but GM has big ideas for the unveiling.

I'm not buying that. The cars will have been in production for almost 2 months by then.
it is typical to see cars on the street within 2 weeks of production start up.
Now if GM is trying to build up inventory so that each dealer has a car in the showroom that is different, but they haven't said that.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

What is your source for this information? It is a safe assumption that any car built the first week of production will be delivered to a dealer and the customer well before May 6th. Where else would it go?

I doubt GM is gonna sit on Camaro's where customers have cash. Not in this economy.

Just the salesmen pressure alone... people have bills to pay etc.

Time for talk over time to make cars now! Hum think I'll have to watch that movie Gung Ho soon for inspirational purposes.

This sounds like they are going back to the 'old days'. I remember my dad taking me to the Chevy dealer we bought our car from for the unveiling of the 1968 cars. Back then no one was supposed to see them until that day. They had ballons, snacks and sodas and you needed an invitation to get in.
