You know with proper driving this is mid to high 12 sec. car right? If you can't get it there, then I'm not sure what to tell you.

i still don't get how you insist that Chevrolet to build you the car you want, and then acknowledge that the ZL1 might satisfy. But you say you want it now. Ok, but you still wrote an "open letter" to GM urging them to build a stronger, faster Camaro. You're insisting that they do something they are already in the process of doing.

I think that if one ask the same question to 1200 people we will have at least 1200 models , so do you really want GM to make that many versions of camaros ????

So what you want is a car with race track and street capabilities, more power than is reasonable for today's economics, and parts that are the best that technology has to offer?

I'll bet you want that all wrapped up in a package under $25,000.00 too, right?

If they did all of what you want the car would be out of most of the people in the market's budget and would kill 95% of the companies that provide aftermarket products. They would sell far less of them than they would have to just to break even on the development costs.

Your statement is testament to what is wrong with people today.

Maybe you could give me a clinic? I hear about a lot of mid 12 second cars with no mods....haven't seen one at any of the tracks I've been to...how about you?

Is yours a 12.5 bone stock rocket? All of the ones I see are mid 13 stock....seems to be the norm in the bone stock thread as well.

So educate us...what's proper driving?

I didn't say I have done it. There are several here that have. Bottom line, the car is capable, you just have to have the skills to do it. I don't race anymore, and this one will not see the race track so I could really give a rats ass. I don't get all got up in the my car is faster than yours crap. There is no denying that car can and has run in the 12's. If you choose not to believe it, that is entirely up to you.

Actually....YOU are what's wrong with kids today...you don't listen, or in this case read....I am completely willing to pay for it.

You didn't even read my post.....Jeep said the same thing about the Rubicon. They didn't think the market would pay for those upgrades, that there weren't enough people out there that would pay the upcharge. They were wrong.....and so are you.

I can't believe...that I am defending wanting more power and better performance. Can any of you produce your man card or was it revoked?

In the 12s and mid 12s (as you claimed) are very different things. I am sure on the right track it could pull a very high 12...but that doesn't really mean a lot. The 4th Gen cars were doing the same thing 10 years ago.

I haven't seen any 12 second sleds at my track...but maybe they are just all at other tracks. I don't know why you are getting so torqued up if you don't give a crap....just leave my thread alone if you don't care.

most people purchased their camaro because they could afford it.if GM made the car you want in the SS camaro, there wouldn't be that many sold.they made the car to have good performance, but affordable.to be honest,i purchssed mine because i think it is the best looking car they ever made.when i saw it,i wanted it and had no idea what kind of engine it had.

Torqued up? Look, you said mid 13's car. I merely pointed out with the proper driver it is a mid to high 12 sec. car. You can believe it or not. Research it on this forum if you like. It is here. Now I will take your adivce and leave your thread.

Being rude because you can't get your own way? and you call him the child? Understand this... If you want a car that can keep up and have over all great looks get the vette or get something like it. Better yet, Why don't you go to your high and mighty dodge/ Chrysler and order their product? GM has to be cost efficient so deal with it and upgrade yourself.

And pulling out the man card against you would be frivolous over complicated process, because you would deny it just as you are denying the opinions and explanations of others on here. This is a forum on the internet over 500 million people use it there are bound to be different opinions! Got it?
