Those are not RS headlights

Those are the eagle eyes, and while they have a projector and the halo, there are 2 major differences: first, the halo is smaller than the RS light, and while some like it, I personally don't care for the look and want the larger halo. The second difference is that those do not include HID bulbs and ballasts, so figure another $200 or so for that and you have to modify the housing.

And the Eagles Eye's halo are much brighter than the RS...Which is why I like them!
