This thread should be closed. We are getting what we are getting and I have printouts of my 2SS documents from GM on equipment coming with the car as 2SS Standard and Options and ABL is not even mentioned.

We saw pictures of it and videos, but I have looked all over and nowhere have I or my dealer been able to find it in print as an option or coming standard.

Every official picture or document talking about pre-production cars clearly states that actual production cars may vary. You're not getting a refund.

However the only difference between the two is that the HUD was something postponed early on since we were informed of it last year, and it took GM many many months before they told us that ABL was only going to be on the doors.. This is why I agree with you that at the very least, GM should do something about this if they do plan to have it in the future if it is something simple to install, which I have to believe would be..

Actually when you ordered, there was no mention of ABL in the sales ordering reference manual, posted on here, or in the hands of your dealer. Thus I'm fairly confident you weren't charged for it.

The video of the concept of ABL lasted how long on line, a few days?
