I am also tired of people saying "as soon as I fire up that LS3 and run through the gears none of those issues will matter" I do not buy into that stuff. Seriously the car could be a piece with rattles and doors that don't line up on your spanking new $30 grand vehicle and you'll say "o hell she runs good, don't mind those little things." If that is the way many of you think that is great but the market does not drive for things to be like that any more. I for one think that, not just the camaro in particular, but any GM needs to be damn good from the get-go the way the economy is.

I'm sure I will get yelled at for that but that is just the way it is.

I was hoping they would have this fixed .. looks like it isn't .... hopefully there is adjustment somewhere ..

shiny plastic panels on the interior.... ehh idk about that.. they could have left it matte at least.

Hard to explain away something that, apparently, blatantly wrong. I said apparently because pictures can be deceiving, but I don't think that's the case here. Certainly doesn't make me happy, but at this point....

Im not totally convinced that this picture presents a design flaw, but if that's what it turns out to be, I'd be pissed if I paid 35k or more and the doors didn't line up with the dash. Yet another reason not to buy a first year car.

It would be interesting to see the exterior side of the door that matches that interior shot. I'd like to hope that it is just a "bad picture" or a door alignment issue.

I'll be pretty disappointed if they start showing up to be delivered with this problem and I'm sure that as people start cycling through dealerships looking at the V6 models this would be caught by some "normal consumers" also....not just us enthusiasts.

Mods? GM Employees? Can any of you take a moment to provide some info?

Yikes thats a little scary especially since my fully loaded 2SS/RS is Approx.40k with all the goodies. I don't think it would keep me from buying the car but wow how did they let that slip through. I'm seriously hoping pics are misleading in this case.

lets not jump to conclusions just yet... hopefully the door was just a tad open or someone was opening the door when the pic was taken. I would hope that they would not produce these cars like this.... as long as we have been waiting i would think it should be perfect.... Hopefully someone that works there will be able to give us a heads up unless its something in their rules about it (i can not confirm or deny the existance of misalignment)
