I just installed mine last Sunday in my garage. Had it tuned on Monday.

With an Air Raid intake and these headers the car made 398rwhp/400rwtq after the tune.

Its a great header. I expected alot less than I got for the price. I was pleasantly surprised

Thanks for the kind word Brad! We're finishing a 304 X Pipe that will fit stock mufflers. I hope to have that in about a month or so.

This is what I'm looking for to complement the headers because I want to use stock mufflers

We have it available now in with 304 headers & the 409 x pipe for reasonable $$$. We will be adding the x pipe is 304 stainless in case you want it high polished like the headers.

http://www.texas-speed.com/p-1722-ts...-mufflers.aspx

This is the system with 409 headers, its $200 less with 304 stainless headers!!

What is the major sound difference/volume between this system vs just headers(with cats) hooked to stock l99. I know you have you have many chances to hear/drive many installed combinations. So if stock l99 exhaust is lexus quiet, then headers, then headers with your x-pipe to stock mufflers is? Thanks.

Well im running the 304 LT's W/O cats, hooked to stock catback (LS3) My set up is comparable in sound volume as when i did a muffler delete (but with slightly more rasp to it) Crusing on the highway at 70-75MPH it doesn't drone like my muffler delete did, this is actually pretty quite on highway.

Now here is the greatest difference: The best part is going WOT at any speed and these headers just scream...it's a rush when you hear it open up like that, makes me smile every time.

I would imagine running these WITH cats on your stock L99 exhaust would be very similar to mine, but with less raspiness.

If your on the fence about buying the headers...do it already! I would buy these again, recommend for my friend, 5 star blah blah blah.....their sweet!

So do you just tune the rear o2 bung out?? Wouldn't the rear one give you the proper reading for a sniffer check when you go get a safety check?

Any benefit to having the cats? Less gas smell? Less rasp?
