Don't physically connect the exhaust to the brace. It will introduce a ton of vibration into the cabin. I plan to get rid of the resonator and also make sure the clamps are a secure as possible.

What I did was go the a friends muffler shop and had them tack on a muffler hangar and attatch the hangar to the body. There's a spot on the drivers side rear, near the rear end. There's a bolt hole that easily fit the rubber isolated hangar. Bolt the hangar in place then lift up on the exhaust and tack the metal hangar to it. Problem solved. You only have to do one side too since the cross over ties both sides together.

The ARH brace seems pretty nice but $400 to keep my exhaust from hitting is a bit extreme.

Coat hangar is what we allways use. Just wrap it arond the pipe and pull it tight then wrap the ends around the driveshaft. Problem solved!

You just need a muffler hangar. Go to 3-Star and ask them to add one to the brace. They will probably need to fab something but this isn't rocket science.

I had this problem with my Borla catback exhaust. I was able to adjust mine up and then use spacers on the tunnel brace. Problem solved. It sounds like your exhaust pipe clamps are not staying tight. Maybe you could just adjust it up as high as you can and then weld the connections so they would stay in place.
Just a thought.

LSR 3inch tunnel brace. I have it... Lighter, stronger, and designed to fit a 3 inch exhaust.

LSR performance.

Can you not rotate the pipes after the cats to pull the x-pipe up?

I added a 3/4 washers to each bolt ,on the brace this give a clearance so it stopped hitting (I have Borla)

This fixed mine (not pretty) but saved me from having to spend $$$ on a aftermarket tunnel brace.

I had this issue with my Flowmaster AT Catback. Quick fix was to put a slight bend in the factory brace. Holes still lined up with no problem. Going to get an aftermarket brace eventually.

I did consider welding but then that messes up the noweeds "bolt in" ability if i was to ever sell
