No way would i EVER move to Texas, there are several other places to go before Texas, like Colorado....Wyoming etc....

You can always register your car as Military Non-Resident, listing your home state. Then you do not have to pay the outragegous fees.

Boulavard? Nothing out there my friend...Eagle Pass Tx to Boulavard Ca, means you just got a transfer right? I been here in SD all my life you'll love it.

What you said above is very true, however I think the positives outweigh the negatives (barely). The weather is great, the women are great and the pay is better (for the most part. It helps a bit with the high cost of living), the proximity to beach/mountains/In and Out etc. But hey, bring us in some handguns not on our stupid "safe" list.

We would really like that. Maybe a Judge or GSG 1911 <== check out CalGuns.net as they are the very best source for CA gun owners IMHO.

Good luck sir. You will love it here. I do miss Texas sometimes, but never during the summer

Pacific Coast Auto Detailers...Great guys...owner is a former Marine grunt, and is a real friendly guy. Did great work on my Corvette after a buddy of mine left under his sprinklers for 8 months while I was gone.

Lol. Yeah. We don't talk that much anymore, especially since he decided that it wasn't his fault and I had to pay everything out of pocket to get get the etching out of the clear coat...

I came over from El Paso to SD. I still have yet to do my smog check. I have been using temporary passes to get on base thus far. They said they are doing away with decals, so I'm waiting until then. I don't know what constitutes a failure but I already have a K&N intake and a Borla cat-back.
