Well sorry I contradicted myself. I mean it does not go back when heated. Second im sorry you gave a sucky insurance agent and company.

First and formost if ever in a accident always fill out a police report. You dont have to call the police, you can go fill out a report all on your own. Then $35 dollars for small claims court if they don't pay out.

You could always try to get your case tried on Judge Judy...
