I really Don't agree with the comment about the R/T. The Camaro Is a 6.2 liter engine...the r.t is a 5.7. A srt-8 is 6.1, and come on Mustangs have always sucked the sound they make is strictly fake in my opinion. And yes I did own a mustang in the past so im not just bashing that car, I'am a previous owner

It is funny how the R/T version was still quoted as the most expensive out of the three too.

Yup they run in the high 30's to low 40's.

and i like the fact that all three were tested the same time, it shows the true winner being the Camaro
The print version of this comparo just spelled out what I was thinking above, they didn't test all three at the same time/same place/same driver. The numbers from the Camaro were run at GMs testing grounds, the other numbers I take it are just Edmunds' best w/ the R/T and GT.

That kinda pisses me off, the Camaro's numbers are in the freezing cold in Michigan, I bet a true same day/same track test would have the Camaro laying the smack down ever harder...

Yeah, I'm inclined to agree. If a stock 500hp GT500 can get into the 12.20-12.30 range, I don't see why the 426hp SS cannot dip into the mid-to-high twelves.
