The problem is, I'm going to be doing this install next Monday, so where should I buy the mesh for the time being?
Wow sounds great. Please update when you get the word back. Thanks!

So right now you just have empty holes on your ports?

I'm thinking of passing by Home Depot tomorrow and checking out what they've got. If not i'll probably buy that 19.7 x 19.7 sheet

Yes big o' empty holes. It doesn't look bad, just would look better if there was something there. I have my Injen Long tube CAI peaking out but i placed a hydro-shield over it with no issues so far.

^^ without shield on^^

Ive been wanting to get ports installed, can't wait to see how yours turn out!

I wonder though, will people still be able to install pretty much any type of front splitter on with these ports installed?

Thanks! And the ports won't effect fitments with any type of splitter so you can put any type of splitter of your desire.

The ports don't interfere with the bottom lip of the bumper so I can't imagine that the ports would prevent you from installing any type of splitter.

I don't understand how you guys can cut into your bumper; do all this work on these T3 ports and not spend a little extra time to NOT DELETE the fog lights... It's beyond my understanding....

You don't have to delete the fog lights. ACS sells a bracket that lets you reuse the OEM fog lights. Most people are CHOOSING not to reinstall them because a circular light in a rectangular hole looks pretty awkward.

It's either buy the ports for $450 or the whole bumper assembly for $1,000+

It's personal preference and gives the front fascia a whole new look. It makes it different among other camaro's and gives it an aggressive styling.

And it looks better without a circular fog light in a rectangular area.

I like it and it makes me happy
