I'm not sure how it would work integrated with the car just yet, but I already know how to activate voice command on our cars. In iOS 5 on a iPhone 4S activating Siri is the same as voice command on earlier devices. So if it is the same -> bluetooth button -> beep -> "bluetooth" -> bluetooth ready -> "voice" -> then it should activate Siri in which you could say "read me my text" and "reply - i'm on my way" Check out Siri:

That is freaking cool if it works that way. This will be my first iPhone, so I have much to learn. The little I've heard about Siri is pretty cool, but this would hit it out of the park. Of course, I will first have to figure out how to set it all up, which may take some effort on my part. Thanks for the potential win, though!

The great thing about Apple products, in my opinion, is they are very easy to use and learn.
It definitely does help to watch some videos because you can find some useful tips. Here is one for you to remember- use spotlight. In a couple weeks from now you'll have so many apps and so many contacts, etc- that it takes a bit of time to find the app you want. Swipe over to spotlight and type the first couple letters and it'll pull up the app and you can just tap on it. Same applies to contacts, emails, messages etc. I use spotlight in OS X to launch apps and documents. Much more efficient than looking for what you want. Just type a couple letters and it'll come right up.

Streaming music to the car is my second favorite thing about it. Just behind the feeling of slamming my foot to the floor

No problem! After I get my iPhone 4S tomorrow I'll experiment with bluetooth in the Camaro and post up videos on what all I find can be done. I can't freaking wait.

Do what exactly?
I'd imagine an Android could stream music via bluetooth. If you're wondering about Siri, then no- Android devices cannot do this. Not all of it, anyway.
