I have never heard of an auto maker doing anything like this for a cosmetic reason. If your car had little to no mods, you made out

(minus the green color no longer avaliable). You sir must have written quite a leter.

I would love for you to post it here. Plus the written response from GM. We could really learn from your letter and it could help many people out in areas other than their vehicles.

I think GM did right by you +100.

This is one of the funnest threads I've ever read on here. Your name isn't Barack Obama is it? I don't even know if he would get and answer in 48hrs. I've lemoned one car and it took about a year to get it completed after hiring a lawyer and countless hours of time and money. Not buying that a letter to the president of GM got read and then came back with an offer to give you a new car in 48Hrs. I would be more app to believe that they would have gotten a new front clip and got some else to paint the car first. I never heard of a car getting lemoned for stone chips. If it did happen well then, you just may very well be the most persuasive person on the planet.
