if you think that's cool.... go see what happens with a railroad locomotive when a fuel injector hangs up..... on a turbo 11,360ci engine...... that little blue flame turns into a 15 foot fireball

Blue flames would make me think of some artificial setup (like spark plug in the exhaust).

I used to own a Lotus Elise (Mk. I), that spit out pretty huge flames due to very aggressive camshafts (286 degrees duration, so lots of overlap from inlet and exhaust cam). None of them were blue.... all orange.

ya i think i might try and figure out the spark plug setup and have it wired to a switch so it could be turned on and off

those are like flame thrower kit... i think that looks awful, i just like the subtle blue from the ferrari in the video

A rich tune and really high EGT's through a catless exhaust will do it.

will it be blue? and hoe rich we talkin?... i was hoping to do it via a spark plug mod and have it as a switch???? im gonna talk to my muffler guy and see what we can figure out... im not really trying to tune just for this as i really wana tune for performance and get the best out of my nitrous...

Probably not blue. It'd have to be a real, real hot burn and you have a hell of a lot more exhaust piping for the exhaust to cool down in.

Doesn't propane burn blue? Can always mount a small can somewhere and plumb it in with a spark plug for ignition.
